Fresh vs Frozen Embryo Transfer

There's a new study out of Sydney, Australia which states that fresh embryos are on par with frozen ones.  I find this surprising, because just 3 1/2 years ago when I did IVF, frozen weren't thought of very highly.  However, I do know a bunch of babies that are a product of frozen embryos and they are the cutest, smartest little people.

The study researched the advantages of transferring a frozen embryo into the uterus during a natural menstrual cycle rather than straight after the use of hormone drugs, when the lining of the uterus might not be as receptive.
